*** *** paid $total for her glasses, including frame, trivex lenses and anti glare coatingThe glasses were dispensed to her on August 30, She returned to the office on September 8, and stated the new glasses were no clearer than her old glassesI retested her prescription
As I compared the old prescription to the new, she said the new looked better than the oldI found that the new glasses were poorly adjusted and the bifocal reading area was made too smallWe had the glasses re-made with a larger reading area and adjusted the frame to fit her betterThe remade glasses were dispensed to her on September 22,I am not aware of *** asking for a refund, nor are an of my staff membersOur policy is to comply with a request for a refundIf *** returns the frame and lenses, we will be happy to refund the $that was paidIf you have any questions please contact the office.Thank you,? *** ** *** ***
