He said " I will have someone call you back" Within 1hr he called back and gave me a new price $104.00 I said to go ahead. The sign on the parts counter said 5% off if you pay when you order. I did so by [redacted].
When I went to pick up the order, buddy handed me a small bag and said the paperwork was in the bag. On my way out of the building I thought I had better check. $408.30 was on my [redacted]......needless to say I returned most of the nuts and bolts and ended up with $88.97 worth of parts.
I opened my [redacted] Bill today and low and behold they did not issue me a credit on my [redacted] for the $408.30 yet added $88.97
This will get sorted out I am sure. My first experience all around for many reasons was simply bad. I will never go back.
