Review: The Company installed tile about 2 1/2 years ago. After it was installed, the grout was replaced different 3 times and is now clipping and coming out again. I called [redacted], the representative I have dealt with since the original work. When I called, I left a message and [redacted] called back. He made an appointment to come out to my home and look at the grout problem. He has now cancelled 3 times and now will not return my calls. I left another message Friday, Mar 7th, and asked that he call and let me know if he is going to come out. Again I have not even received a courtesy call. I understand there may be a limitation on the time, however, I have had so many problems since it was installed and [redacted] had committed that he would come out and look at the issue. The tile job was very nice, it has been the grout that has been the ongoing issue. The tile/grout in my other rooms have never even clipped. Not returning calls, seems like a poor way to treat a customer. [redacted] had indicated after the February 28th [redacted] race, he would come out to look at my grout. (Calls on 2/10, 2/13, 2.18, 3/3, & 3.7).Desired Settlement: I am only looking for help to fix the grout from the company who would know best on a way to resolve the problem.
