Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:The business did not repair the piano but instead paid $which in no way paid for the actual value of the piano. However, I am not pursuing this any further but instead am telling you I would never recommend this company to anyone and the Revdex.com should give them a poor rating

We kept in contact with the customer about the repairs of the piano and had came to and agreed on a settlement for the damage to the piano based on the general valuation included in every moveWe made several attempts to have someone come out to review the damage after sending pictures but was told that the repairs to the piano would exceed the value of the pianoAfter discussing this with the customer along with additional options we had settled on the amount of $
