Carlson's Hearing Aid Center Reviews (3)

Dear Revdex.com:
First I would like to send my sincere apologies to Mr. [redacted] for his inconvenience in this matter. I have been in contact with our marketing company who mails these items out for us to try and resolve this issue. It has been brought to my attention that there is a National Do Not Call...

list that Mr. [redacted] is on. But unfortunately, I have since discovered, according to the marketing company that there is no National Do Not Mail list that they are aware of. After discussing the problem that I am having with mail being sent to customers that do not want mail sent to them we have come up with a solution that I strongly believe will resolve this issue.
I have a list of people who do not wish to receive mail from Carlson's. We have now computerized this list and have forwarded it to the marketing company who can now use this computerized list to run against any future mailing lists that they produce for us. Although this will not stop all mail going to Mr. [redacted] it will certainly prevent any mail from Carlson's Hearing Aid Center being mailed to him.
Again, I sincerely apologize to Mr. [redacted] for his inconvenience. I have faith that this new procedure will work for all future mailings that our marketing company does for us.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. By doing so it will prevent any future issues of this nature from occurring again.
Should you need any further information please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
[redacted], Owner

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I certainly hope the junk mail ends.....and yes there really is a National Do Not Mail List, also one for emails...We are on both lists along with National Do Not Call Lists....As I stated, my wife has called Carlson's many times, only to be told my name would be removed, only to have more junk mail delivered to my mailbox from them again....I will be looking into taking Legal Action thru the Courts next time I receive unwanted/unsolicited mail from them....I am a disabled Veteran and receive ALL medical thru our local VA Clinic, hearing aides included.....Thank you very much..[redacted]

I haven't worked with Marle Scott for a few years but we had a working relationship until late 2011. I was very impressed with the professional manner in which she runs her business. When meeting her at the office, I was also able to see her interaction with a few customers and again, I was impressed with the personal touch she adds to her professional manner. Although I don't need her services at this time, this is the place I would go if or when the need arises!
