[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: DrScroggins “medical judgment” at the time of surgery was not medically appropriate as he claimsDrScroggins medical judgment was decided with mental disorientation/mental fatigue, physical fatigue, joint pain (fingers and wrist to include other body parts); due to his deteriorating medical condition and intentional infliction of harmWe could have easily scheduled the surgery for another day at the time of surgery or he should have completed the entire procedure as appropriate At the time of surgery he told me that he would be doing both procedures and that doing one with out the other would cause complication (to include disfigurement and deformity) which it caused DrScroggins after my second visit when I questioned him on the outcome of the procedure and why he didn’t perform the lift as we discussed prior to rolling me into the surgery room; he told me if I pay for another procedure with him he would go back and fix (do the lift) my breast to include the liftThis is what he was supposed to initially perform according to “medical practice”; these were his exact wordsDrScroggins stated that he could not perform an augmentation without the lift he would have to do a lift first because it was obvious I needed a lift (after children and several other pregnancies) and later do the augmentation I went and obtained a second opinion on his work and he was furious; he literally told me not to come back to his officeThis is not good business practice or good medical practice After I started to complain to the Revdex.com and Maryland Attorney General Office; he then wrote me a letter trying to fix his medical mispractice (negligence and personal injury) mistake; after he told me not to come back to his office The patient-doctor relationship/trust is irretrievably broken; due to his doing Please find attached the last letter he sent me and my response Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
Dr. Scroggins “medical judgment” at the time of surgery was not medically appropriate as he claims. Dr. Scroggins medical judgment was decided with mental disorientation/mental fatigue, physical fatigue, joint pain (fingers and wrist to include other body parts); due to his deteriorating medical condition and intentional infliction of harm. We could have easily scheduled the surgery for another day at the time of surgery or he should have completed the entire procedure as appropriate.  
 
At the time of surgery he told me that he would be doing both procedures and that doing one with out the other would cause complication (to include disfigurement and  deformity) which it caused.

Review: My complaint type is contract, billing, sales, refund and service issues. I would like all monies refunded for the cosmetic procedure. I paid him money for a dual procedure; which was medically necessary (per conversation with Dr.SCroggins) to make the wanted look appear natural and youthful. Only half the procedure was performed. I look worst than before. Dr.Scroggins told me before the surgery; he could not do one of the procedures without doing the other because it would not look right or be appropriate per medical and cosmetic reasons. Dr.Scroggins; once surgery was over and I visited him to his office; he pretended at first to have performed the dual procedure; but as time passed my body started to look worse and worse and is started to take on one of the effect that he said would happen if I only performed one of the procedures. This work was performed sloppy and he tried to cut corners. I contracted him for services which were not performed. Before going into the Operating Room (OR) we discussed the details of the surgery; which he pretend he was going to perform but did not. This is unacceptable. On one of my visits he explained if I contracted him for another cosmetic procedure he would perform the procedure that he did not do for free. I dont understand how he can offer me something free, when I had previous contracted him for that service; which you did not perform. This is also unprofessional and unacceptable. In addition; instead of monitoring the his mess per his contract. Dr.Scroggins told me to only come back if I was having problems? I didn't understand. His contract stated he would monitor me for a 12 month period.Desired Settlement: Refund of my full monies so I can get this corrected (start over) and performed the "right" way.
