Review: I paid Carly Sprouse photography a deposit of $400 on 8/7/14 reserving her to take our wedding pictures on 9/27/14 and an additional shoot of my choice. She was to provide edited pictures within a 90 day time frame and failed to do so. On 9/27/14 I paid the balance of $400 to Carly. The very few pictures that she finally provided were not edited as she had promised and had a walker in the bottom half of most of the pictures. Also the 2nd shoot was never performed after numerous time contacting her to schedule a date and time. She also promised to both email and mail the edited pictures but never followed through with that either. Last point of contact she made was on May 28 in a text format which she claimed to have responded to an email and was going to mail the revised pictures to my work address which she did not do.Desired Settlement: The edited pictures provided along with all the other pictures that were taken and never given copies of. Compensation for the 2nd shoot, all in a timely fashion.

Review: Address provided is last known address for company.Carly Sprouse Photography is in breach of our contract titled Contract for Photography Services dated April 10, 2013 and signed by myself and [redacted]. [redacted], ** April 11, 2013 (the Contract). They were paid in full on June 25, 2014, a full 90 days in advance of their own statute, as stated in the Payment section of the Contract. Specifically, they have breached the following obligation(s) under the Contract:Section: TermDescription: They have failed to provide all images of our wedding within 90 days of the wedding date. Our wedding was on October 25, 2014 and therefore 90 days was surpassed on January 25, 2015. There was no extension agreed to in writing and therefore should have been fulfilled by January 25, 2015.Section: Description of ServicesDescription: Additionally, due to not providing all images within 90 days of the wedding date, they also have not fulfilled their obligation of providing a flash drive with all photos, a full set of 4x6 prints, a customized hard cover wedding album, 20x24 canvas wrap, and a finalized slideshow of images set to music. Sections: Courtesy and WarrantyDescription: They have not provided positive cooperation and punctuality and they have not met their obligations in a timely and workmanlike manner. There has been no communication from them since June 24, 2015. It has been offered to meet them on numerous occasions and even to come to their door to convenience them, with no cooperation on their end. I have also offered to forget about the additional products that are due to me if they would let me come and copy all of my pictures, edited and unedited, to my external hard drive.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive all of my images, edited and unedited, as stated in the contract and would like to receive the rest of the product that I have rightfully paid for. Wedding memories are one thing that can never be gotten back and my wedding has been overshadowed by this plague. If not all products can be produced, then I'd like to receive all my pictures, edited and unedited, and a refund for what will not be provided.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have heard this apology and promise numerous times since January 25th, 2015 (when my product was due based on our signed contract). Wedding memories are ones that you can never be reproduce and this has turned my memories into more of a nightmare than something I should look fondly on. I have received numerous reasons as to why the product still hasn't been delivered. I have not had any response to text messages, emails, or phone calls since June 24th, 2015. I have even offered to come to the businesses location to copy my pictures (edited and unedited) to an external hard drive and be done with everything else with no response. Ms. [redacted] has been paid in full for her services and products due since June 25, 2014. Unless ALL products (including but not limited to ALL edited and unedited photos on a flash drive or CD that works or copied to my external hard drive, full set of 4x6 prints, customized hard cover wedding album, 20x24 canvas wrap, and completed slideshow of images set to all music chosen) are delivered by September 25th, or a tracking and confirmation notice is sent for those that have to be ordered showing they are being delivered to my home, I will be pursuing legal action on the legal and binding signed contract. The contract has been attached for reference showing Ms. [redacted]'s signature and date that the bill was paid in full.
