I am rejecting this response because:
  Blaming others (my lender) for her acting like a two year old is unacceptable. If there were issues with my lender, I understand but to lash out at myself (a paying customer) is absolutely uncalled for, Mrs. [redacted]...

stated in an email she did not receive the documents within 24 hours of close and that she didn't get to her email until late in the day.  First and foremost, my lender was ready to close Saturday August 6th (your answering service says available 7 days a week) therefore the documents should have been there in time to close 8/6/16. Mrs. [redacted] informed my lender she personally wasn't available Saturday but she would try and find someone to close the documents for us Saturday morning (indicating to me she actually had the documents before Thursday 8/4/16.) If by chance they were not received, according to Mrs. [redacted]'s email she received the documents Thursday 8/4/16 but didn't have a  chance to get to them until that evening that is not my fault or my lenders fault (she had them in time she failed to respond to them). Considering she received them Thursday 8/4/16 that would have left Friday, Saturday,and Sunday to prepare paperwork for Monday 8/8/16. (Remember your answering service states your available 7 days a week). I simply just wanted to speak to Mrs. [redacted] face to face as two adults to see what was going on again because I was receiving conflicting stories and she went on a tangent yelling at me for something that I personally had nothing to do with. I was simply trying to cut out the middle person and receive a straight answer in person. Had Mrs. [redacted] acted as an adult I would have had no issue closing on Tuesday 8/9/16. To be treated with such disrespect was absolutely uncalled for therefore I took my services elsewhere because obviously my business was not that important afterall.
