That is not my problem that the business "rented" the venue out, it's simply negligence. If your going to rent out your facility you should make sure the promoter has everything properly run, coat check, liquor licence, security, and etc. This is the venue full responsibility for my belongings. They should have planned better and made sure the proper arrangements were made so have this situation NOT happen. It happen on your property that my belongings were stolen from therefore you should make right by it. Instead of making a bad name for your self you should either release the name of the promoter, the promotion company, or since I'm assuming you collected a pretty large check for the night you should do right to for the people who can actually provide receipts for their belongings. And if not I am fully prepared to take this facility to court. They have not shown once any sort of cor-operation or feel sorry for what happened. Again I wouldn't ever rent out my facility without checking if they had proper security and coat check. Also the company Carle Place was fully aware of this situation because Last year the SAME promoter rented out the facility and there was not enough security, over serving of alcohol, and NUMEROUS of fights. So again this is neglectful because they already had a problem the previous year with the same event. I can get actual testimonials from people who attend last year's event. They knew exactly what was going to happen by letting this company come back.
