Carlyle Mill

There has been a leaking window in my bedroom for monthsI have contacted Carlyle mill multiple times and they haven’t responded to me since our initial discussionI submitted a ticket for it to be fixed in beginning and it was ignored for two months until I came home to a wet king-size mattress and pillows because of the leakI stormed to the office upset and was assured it would be fixedI had some communication with upper management with no hard dates on when the window will be fixedThe leak could cause mold, an electrical fire, and make the room unable to be lived in
