the auctions to check everything out. Who is in there right mind would intentionally buy a problem vehicle? Once we have the vehicle on our lot, we can invite customers to check out the vehicle, the best they can, with no time limits  on where they can take the vehicles to their own mechanics and have them checked out. Mr. D[redacted], visited our lot twice and drove the vehicle. We did not know where he took it, but he actively pursued buying it. Mr. D[redacted] admits by his own statement that he agreed to buy the Jeep under the conditions that both parties agreed to. He signed As-Is, No-Warranty statements on the day of the sale. We sell used vehicles at used car prices. We cannot sell new vehicles at these prices. Therefore we encourage prospective buyers to inspect all vehicles, well before they buy it. We did not know anything about the fact of any excessive rust was on that vehicle. Jeeps are a vehicle that are purchased for hard, sometimes “Off Road” use. Therefore rust appears on Jeeps,more than most other vehicles. This vehicle is a 2002 year model. That’s 15 years of possible hard use. Mr. D[redacted] surely knew this, but chose to purchase the vehicle anyhow.  We can only hope that he took it to a good mechanic to check for any problem areas. Again, we deeply regret any “ill” will that this has caused, but we strive to provide all the help available to us to sell good vehicles. Therefore, we are sorry to say that Mr. D[redacted] should have thought more about buying a 15 year old Jeep, that was built for hard, “Off Road” use.   Best Regards,   H[redacted] C[redacted] Owner
