I will never in my life ever purchase anything from this companyI just wished that I had taken pictures of the poorly sewn uniform shirts that I purchased thereI made the unfortunate decision of buying my child's school uniform shirts there instead of where I normally bought them for yearsA week after school started I noticed that under the arm pits for one of the shirts had ripped outI was upset but decided not to make a big deal until a week later I noticed that another shirt ripped in the same areaI called them to advise them of the issue and they stated they would not exchange them but would send it out for repairs and that this has never happened beforei would have preferred an exchange but if they were going to repair it then fineWhile those shirts were out being repaired another shirt ripped the same exact place so I was furious so I called them on the phoneWhen I went to pick up the shirts that were sent to be repaired [redacted] or whoever the lady was at the store had the audacity to tell me that they are not sending the third shirt for repair as it must be something that my child is doing to the shirts and it costa the money to send the shirts out and this has never happened before and that they have been in business for years and has sold thousands of shirtsI said to them that my child has been wearing uniform shirts for years even those bought at walmart and I never had an issue and my child would have to be stupid to be able to neatly rip out the sewing in the same area in all three shirts and the guy next to her had the audacity to say that I am not with my child at all times so I dont know what she doesThen she states that I waited a month and I had to have done something to the shirts or my child must haveI asked her why would I take time out of my day to something to the shirts for them to be sent out for repairs then take time out my day to drop them off and pick them upThen she said that people are always trying to rip off small businessThen I told her if she does not want to repair the third shirt I will dispute the charge on my credit card as I do not feel I should have to pay for a shirt that was poorly sewn of which she had the audacity of accusing me of being a "bully"Then she said she will send it out to be repaired And write down my name and if I dispute the charge she will file a law suiti told her based on this experience I would never buy anything there again even if they were free as I was under the assumption that I was getting quality products but instead the shirts were poorly sewnI was and still is very upset not once did they apologize for then inconvenience that was caused to me I spent way more buying the shirts from them than if I had went elsewhere and was accused of being a bully and that myself and my child ripped these poorly manufactured shirtThis treatment is by no means acceptable as they did not do me a favor by giving me the shirts I had to use my hard earned money to purchase themThey have no clue what customer service and I will never step foot back into that store
