Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2016/05/18) */ The above story is skewed to the point of losing perspective on the details as they pertain to this job The specifics on this job are as follows Air Central installed an air conditioning system but did not complete the electrical as it was to be installed by someone else as per customerWe gave customer a credit for said electrical outside our scope of work we were hired to complete After installation and a month or so later, customer called on a day where the outside ambient temperature was approximately degrees Celsius, a temperature too low to start the ac unitHe was advised an AC unit can't start as there is a safety device on the outside unit that prevents it starting if it's below 55F (12-13C)He said he didn't care and expected his AC to start anyway as his interior temperature was warmer than he wantedWe said we would schedule a service call on the first day warmer then the low temp cutoffDuring this interaction the customer was belligerent with the office staff and used profane language [redacted] to the point the conversation had to be ended A subsequent call from customer to the office a different day that was also too cold was accompanied by profanity from the customer and he was asked to refrain speaking to our staff in that manner and we would be contacting him shortly as a warmer day was going to be there in the next couple days A couple days later, a tech contacted the customer to book an appointment but was told that he had contacted someone else and they had came out and that the wiring was wrong and they didn't need Air Central to come now [redacted] As the scope of work we were hired to do did not include the electrical and the customer was given a credit on his invoice for the same, we are confident that there is no deficiency in the work we were hired to doWe were willing to come out and see what was wrong, if anything, but it had to be on a day we were able to test the unit's operation We still are willing to come by if there is a reason why the unit is not operational but we have not had subsequent conversations with above said customerCustomer is free to call our office and let us know if there is a further issueThat said, customer is not to be contacting the staff with profanity laced conversation as per previous conversations [redacted] Our staff are advised that if a customer continues with belligerent and profane conversation after we advise them to stop, they are to end the conversation Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 12, 2016/05/18) */ I have read the company response to my complaint and following point were highlighted: Use of profane [redacted] also that the company contacted me and I said I already contracted another company to do the job also that she told me when I called that the installation has not been completed My response to the above three are as follows [redacted] I have a print out of all the call logs to the company and it clearly shows which is incoming calls or outgoing calls, I will upload same for Revdex.com to go through and confirm when calls were made and who initiated the callsI will also shows how Air central called my house phone up to ten times within the space of mins [redacted] The call log will follow shortly after work later today

it was to be installed by someone else as per customer. We gave customer a credit for said electrical outside our scope of work we were hired to complete.

He was advised an AC unit can't start as there is a safety device on the outside unit that prevents it starting if it's below 55F (12-13C).
