Pinnacle Design, Inchas been clear with [redacted] , [redacted] and Studio Y and not waivered with our response(s) since we terminated our professional relationship with them due to their inability to communicate changes and make decisions. The response below is a clear indication of how inept Studio Y is in their ability to work with consultants and make decisions toward completing a projectThe petty he said/she said arguments that dispute clearly defined contracts, which do not include any provisions for refunds, are nothing but an effort to divert attention from their lack of professionalism and abilities. Not one of our clients pays for services that are not completed, much less if they are not satisfiedWe were paid for work completedWhether Studio Y chooses to use the work completed or not, it is not our decision and their prerogative. The fact that Studio Y asked for a refund is simply ludicrous. We all should have more important, positive things to do and we should all peruse something better than just repeating and spewing the same inaccurate drivel.I wish the Revdex.com could qualify or more effectively filter frivolous and baseless complaints that seem to be a reflection of those not accepting or wanting to take responsibility for their own actions, ignorance and deception.Respectfully, *** ***topher S [redacted] PrincipalN44th StSuite 200Phoenix, AZ 85008(602) 952-

I left a message at the number provided and am not sure how to respond by email other than to say that *** has grossly misrepresented most of the facts, timing and Pinnacle Design’s responsesShe completely contradicts herself in the complaint and was hired as our replacement when we excused the
client because of their mismanagement and inability to make decisions.I would love to elaborate as their complaint is nothing but unfounded. Please let me know the process to formally respond. Respectfully, ***

[redacted] (Studio Y Design & Development CEO) and I have continuously asked [redacted], and ** at Pinnacle Design for an explanation for how the payment amount was determined, when there is nothing in the contract that matches that amount.  We have asked numerous times for any additional work that may have been done but not provided to us, to be given to us to justify the payment amount.  After 6 months without any explanation or justification for the billed amount, we then began asking for a full refund as we would no longer be able to use any of the material due to the progression of the project. Also, [redacted] says that he stopped working with us, and he is correct. We had to hire another design team because the staff at Pinnacle Design stopped returning our calls and emails once they received our payment ($1,914.75).  As I mentioned before, we paid the full amount because we were under the impression the amount was a prorated portion of the total contract, and the rest of the services would be completed on time.  Pinnacle Design attended one hour meeting with the City of Tempe, and produced one 1-page preliminary landscape plan.  Nothing else was ever received from the company.  The contract included 13 items under construction documents.  The cost of construction documents, per the contract was $2,400.  We received two of the 13 items (preliminary plan & city meeting).  We did not receive any revisions, irrigation plans, pool design, wall/pool fence details, submittal, or cost estimates...all which are listed under construction documents Scope of Services.  It's pretty simple...we paid for 80% of the contract and received 15% of the work listed in their contract.
