Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I would like to point out a few discrepancies in the sellers responseUnder what he has labeled "Facts;" I will address my concerns based on the numbers he has labeled4.) I was never offered any type of extended warranty5.) I was never told I would need to leave my truck at the facility, merely purchase the part and bring it to him and he said it would solve the issue, by my mistake I purchased the wrong part and I could not stay(I have since changed the part and it did not fix the issue)He also said he would not purchase the part6) I started complaining and addressing the problem to him within hours of owning the vehicle.(miles) I explained to him I did not have time to come to his facility with one part at a time so he could resolve the issue6a) He never made this clear to me, he also said I would need to purchase parts, so that statement is confusing6b) I don't understand how this is relevant to the original problem, I commute miles a day in the opposite direction6c) Once again my original complaint was 4/28/17, I thought he was going to stand by his products and offer me a reasonable solutionI waited until I felt I had given him ample time, then I asked the Revdex.com to step inI don't understand his last sentence as he has been attacking me personally. warranty is based on usage. A warranty must last:90 days or 4,000 miles if the vehicle has 36,000 miles or less;60 days or 3,000 miles if the vehicle has been operated more than 36,000 miles but less than 80,000 miles;And 30 days or I ,000 miles if the vehicle has been operated 80,000 miles or more but less than 100,000 miles EXCLUSIONS:The law does not establish a required warranty for:ALL SALES MADE TO THE CUSTOMER OUT-OF-STATE.3) Dealer did a favor for out-of-state customer, he provided warranty 30 days from date of sale(04/27 /17) or 1,000 miles whichever comes first in our repair shop only for ENGINE and TRANSMISSION only. In our facility we have licensed repair shop (copy of warranty with customer signature included)4) In the date of sale dealer offers for a customer varieties of extended warranty which is acceptable all over United State for additional cost. CUSTOMER: declined any additional, extended warranties for any additional cost.5) On 04/28/17 customer notify the dealer (by text message) that "check engine' light comes up.For over 15 years we specialized in [redacted] and [redacted] pick-up trucks, we not selling or buying any other pick-up trucks, because we know [redacted] and [redacted] from A to Z,we know what, where and why some problems can occur. For ex: common problem in [redacted] which cause "check engine" light comes up its Oxygen sensors. Dealer specified exactly part number, part model, brand name for a parts and where to buy those sensors (they selling in many places, cost $100) to the customer, and bring the truck (with sensors) to our repair facility,labor will be free of charge, and customer must leave the truck in our facility for couple of days.It's take 1 day to replace sensors and like half day for diagnostic and testing. After several days customer come to our facility with absolutely different part, and come alone, so he could not leave the truck in our facility(because we would buy those part for him and replace it for free(labor would be free). Customer leave our facility and don't leave the truck.6) Customer disappeared for a while. After customer drove 4,000 miles on the truck for less than 30 days (normal 12,000 per year, for construction people 16,000 per year) and he went to [redacted]in MA he starts complain and write bad reviews. (Copy of Carfax included) Customer not coming to our repair facility:a) First of all problems which occur has nothing to do with engine or transmission, but in the first several days we would fix problem with truck even if it's not related to the engine or transmission.b) Second, customer drove 4,000 miles for less than 30 days (copy of Carfax included). So in the other words, he was not able to drive 72 miles to our certified repair shop to fix this problem immediately (in the next several days after purchasing the truck), because like customer say: "I purchase a vehicle to commute in, not take back and forth to repair shop", but it's easy for him to put 4,000 miles for less than 30 days. Its looks like customer heavily use a truck, abnormal, and of course "not to commute in".c) The complaint was submitted on 05/31/17, why? If the customer purchased the truck on 04/27/17 (see answer in b) section).7) Now you Revdex.com decide if this customer is telling you a truth, or he is a scammer.We don't specify our opinions, our feeling we believe only in FACTS and arguments, and facts is absolutely different from the customer words.Thank you,customer service. 06/12/17
