I took my car in to have my tires moved to the original rims. They rotated the tires, mounted and balanced them. The problem started the next day with a noise coming from the front passenger tire. Each trip the sound got louder and then it started a slight vibration. They had told us there was a slightly bent rim, but did not say where that rim was on the car, and that we might get a slight vibration. However on day four, and the seventh time driving the car, it began to violently shake and the noise was very loud. Upon inspection, the tire was missing 2 lugnuts, and posts, a third lugnut fell off when it was touched, the other 2 remaining lugnuts were very loose. The rim had a rounded edge on the holes that were missing the posts and lugnuts, the remaining lugnuts were tightened with the tire tool, by hand. I called Carmart and they said they had issues with their compressor the day they worked on our car and to bring it in. When I took it in, they said the posts had "sheared off due to over torquing" implying that the issue was caused by us. I showed the picture that was taken when the problem occurred and they changed the reply to "we should be very concerned because somebody, not them, intentionally over tightened the lugnuts enough to break" 2 metal posts. They replaced the posts and lugnuts for no cost, but then problem 2 and 3 occured that night. When applying the brakes they had to be pumped or they would not engage and the car violently shook when you drove faster than 40 mph. I called and left a voicemail saying they needed to fix what they broke or I would be contacting an attorney. They return my call and accused me of lying because "when they drove across the street and around a Wal-Mart parking lot it was fine". After a confrontational call they finally agreed to repair it. I took it back and they drove it, decided the issue was air in the line from when we changed the calipers over 6 months ago, and our tire was bad, not that the rim was damaged by their shoddy work and them not bleeding the brakes after they replaced the posts that were "broken by the rotor". They said they would bleed the brakes, I said I would not pay them anymore money, the owner yelled at me and hung up on me. He called back a couple minutes later and said he "bumped his button and disconnected us". They finally finished looking at the car and informed me that all of the issues are not due to them, it is our fault equipment.
