I'm current in my payments. Yet, I've been harrassed by [redacted] & [redacted] at work & home.On Monday December 16,2013 I went into the CarMart location to speak w/an account rep concerning my payment that was due on 12/14/13 to see if I could postpone my payment until my next pay period, in which,I make payments toward the car every two weeks. After I got into the office on Monday, I specifically asked for another account rep which name is [redacted] but I was told by the receptionist ([redacted]) at the front desk that [redacted] wasnt in at the time so proceeded to get another account rep which name was [redacted] & told him I needed assistance. We then went to the back office wher I explained to him that I will need to make my payment on my next pay period, at that time he looked up my information and then told me to give him a moment that he will go speak to the General Manager, which name is [redacted], for approval. He then came back & stated [redacted] asked if I could find any receipts showing at least something that I had to pay of my check to show him. I then left went home retrived a copy of my rent receipt from which I had just paid prior to that day. I then went back to the CarMart, when I got there [redacted] had made it back (in which it was said she was out on a home check I believe known to them as a [redacted] was sitting in the office with her at that time. Was he came from her office he then took me back to the office & I then gave him the copy I had just got from my apartment complex. He went back to [redacted] to show him & he then came back & told me [redacted] approved it. At that time I began to Thank [redacted] then begin to type in my name, but couldnt pull it up so he asked another sales rep to assist him named [redacted] then typed in my name & told him next time to type the first two letters of the last name. [redacted] then walked into the office (hadn't seen [redacted] before so I wasn't sure who he was), [redacted] then said to [redacted], "this is the young lady that's needing to extend her payment (an extension is called a THD, TDH, really not sure but I remember them having a name for it), "he then said oh it's fine & I'm sorry I had to have you to go back home to get proof but some people will say they cant make their car payment to go buy a XBox One. I then stated (with a laugh) "oh no my son's not getting a Xbox One anyway but I do apprecite you for this. He then stated no problem & I thanked him again. I then begin to thank the account rep [redacted] as he typed his notes into the system. He stated that I had came into the office asking to have my payment made on 12/29/13 with that payment that was due at that time also. He then beginn to say make sure you come in & I stated I always do my payments are due on Saturday's but I bring them in on every Friday of my pay period. I left the building with a smile on that day thinking I received the assistance that they stated I was receiving to have account rep [redacted] to call my job on Wednesday 12/18/13, (in which she was informed that I cannot receive calls on the work phone). asking when I was going to make my payment I then let her know that I had spoke [redacted] as well as, [redacted] on Monday about my payment. She then stated she see's nothing in the system. I then told her that [redacted] also came into the office as [redacted] was working on my account so that she would need to ask one of them. I then proceeded to ask her could you please not call my job. She then stated can you hold in which again I was at work so I then told her no & hung up. I then received call from one of my references on Thursday that she received a call from CarMart where one person asked for her & then she passed the phone to Mallory where Mallory then stated in a nasty way, "could you tell [redacted] to call me". I then called back that evening & stated my name to the receptionist ([redacted]) I'm returing a call. She then told me to hold & placed me on hold. I was connected to a [redacted] who then stated she didnt see any notes & then stated she was going to ask [redacted] (after I told her I had been in there on Monday), about speaDesired SettlementI'm seeking to return the car but I am very concerned about this going on my credit. The situtation has progressed into hostile & I cant do business with a company who I feel has harrassed me between work, my references & home.Business Response Thank you for informing us about the complaint filed by [redacted]. We are, however, constrained by federal and state privacylaws from discussing customer matters with you. To the extent thatwe have a business relationship with MS. [redacted], please be assuredthat we will address the complaint with her and take appropriatesteps to resolve any issues she may have with Car-Mart.Once again, thank you for the information.

I have had my truck for almost 1 1/2 years. My payment is drafted out of my account every 2 weeks, I have never missed a payment and never asked to postpone a payment. I called the [redacted], ** office on 03-28-16 where I bought my truck from to ask about postponing the payment due on 04-01-16 because I just started a new job and I am going to be held back 3 weeks without a paycheck. The lady that I spoke with said that they need a 10 day notice but if I came up there and signed a form and paid the interest it would be ok. I went to their office on 03-30-16 and signed the form and paid the interest. On 04-04-16 they withdrew the $215.00 payment anyways after telling me that it would be ok. I then called their office and told the lady what happened and she said they would call me back, so I waited an hour and a half and then I called them back just for them to tell me that there was nothing that they could do because the lady had told me that she needed a 10 day notice. REALLY??? Why did she have me pay the interest on my truck payment and sign a form and then still turn around and take the payment anyways?? If she knew it wasn't going to work she should have told me and not made me come up there for them to take even more money that I didn't have for this month. I told them the money that they took for THEIR payment that they were SUPPOSED to postpone, was for my wife and kids grocery money until I got my first paycheck, they didn't care they still refused to give me a refund! I will NEVER do business with this place again nor would I recommend it to anyone else!!!Product_Or_Service: TRUCKDesired SettlementDon't tell a customer that you can help them then turn around and take more money on top of their payment and don't help them like you said you could. Especially when you know someone is struggling and has NEVER been late or even asked for a postponement. I would like to think we are your ideal customers...we never call and ask you guys for anything, we have always bragged on this place. NOT ANYMORE!!!

Since I brought this vehicle I have not been able to drive this vehicle motor went out a few days after I purchased this vehicle the dealership said that they was going to put a new motor in this vehicle kept car for about 4 days got the vehicle back drove the vehicle 3 days and the same thing happened again so again the dealership said that it needs a motor I don't think I should have to pay for a vehicle that I can't drive tried to call the dealership but they don't want to cooperate said that I need to pay the interest on the vehicle but is not trying to fix the vehicle and when I went to talk to the Manger about it I complain that I was going to contact legal help he laughed in my fave and said do what you got to do I really feel that that is really unprofessional I would not recommend this business to no one I don't think I should have to pay any more money I think they should refund the money I have already paid because this vehicle have not served me and my family at allDesired SettlementI would like a refund and no more contact with this business and let the. Public know about the way this business have treated me because every thing they said was not true the dealership has the automobile back so I don't understand how I am held responsible for the payments on the automobile when I can't use the automobile
