I dealt with the CarMax in Modesto California. And my experience was horrible. I had a problem with one of the vehicles and I was told to speak with [redacted] who is the Operations Manager at that location. He was very rude and it was obvious he did not know anything about what he was talking about. he told me that he did not care about handling my situation because CarMax made enough money on other people that they did not have to make everyone happy.I'm not saying CarMax is a horrible business but the Modesto location has a serious problem with their manager [redacted].. If CarMax is smart they will get rid of that person before it's too late.he is bad for business
