I do not recommend using this cab company. They were 30 minutes late picking me up to go to the airport and when I called to find out where they were I was told three times that they were just up the street. Once I was finally picked up the driver drove very fast in rainy conditions, trying to get me to the airport on time for my flight but it was fast enough that I was nervous for our safety. I told him I thought I should have enough time and that he should slow down. They didn't tell me there was an extra fee for using a credit card even though when I made the reservation they asked if I would be paying with a credit card and I told them yes. When I received my statement they had added a credit card fee. I called them to complain that they had not told me there would be a fee for using a credit card and that they had several opportunities to do so with the first being when I made the reservation and they asked if I would be using a credit card. Instead of apologizing or offering to reimburse the fee, they were rude and said I should have known their policy for the fees. I told them I would not be using their company in the future and they asked what they could do to make it right. I asked for a $25 credit. They said they would do that. When I received my statement the next month there was no credit. I called and asked why and they told me they would need my credit card number and ask their credit card service to process the credit - which is what was supposed to have been done three weeks prior. I did not want to give my credit card number out again so I told him I would not be using his company and would tell people to not use his company because of the poor service I had received.
