We got quotes from a few companies to repair a shattered door glass on 9/14/15. We were told by this company that it would take 10-12 days to come in. First, it didn't come in until 10/5 and it was the WRONG SIZE. So they reordered it, saying they would put a RUSH on it, and it didn't come in until 10/22. That's 17 days...significantly longer than the original estimate of 10-12 days. Not much of a rush. I scheduled an appt for an install today at 3:30pm so I could be here; they arrived at 1:30pm. They obviously are not interested in repeat business, otherwise they would have put some action behind their apologies. But we got nothing except being charged the full balance for a piece of glass we were told would take 10-12 days but instead took 38 days. I will be looking for an alternative. The bio on the company said it is a company founded on service...this was not our experience.
