Ms. [redacted] was told that her items would be redivered to her home in NC, and her items were delivered to her. Some of her items were delivered via [redacted] on 8/5, and her remaining items were delivered to her on 8/19. I apologize that she was in the middle of multiple people having...
internal conversations. All items have been delivered to Ms. [redacted] at no charge. This would have happened regardless of her Revdex.com complaint as we strive for customer satisfaction.
