Carmel damaged my vehictheir care-broken parts were on/next to the vehicle on their lot, I have photos 100% proof.& Incorrect/bad faith billing
8/1/Carmel Towing took my Tahoe from in front of my repair shop, no company signageI attempted to pick up the vehicle on 8/3, I was told they were closedI was given a price to pick it up of $the next dayOn Aug I came and *** told me the price is $253, he would not let me write a note on the receipt or inspect the vehicle until I paidHe would not allow me to pay by credit card, although the receipt does say credit cards acceptedUpon going to my vehicle, I found the drivers side mirror was broken, parts were on the ground and on the vehicle, proving 100% it was damaged on their property while in their careMy vehicle would not start, ** crawled under the car and switched something, yet it still died 1/mile from their tow lotCarmel denied liability and refused to talk with me furtherI have email communication
