Review: I HAVE A 15 YEAR WARRANTY ON MY ROOF. MY ROOF LEAKS FROM THE CHIMNEY AREA AND TEN FEET OF FLASHING HAS FALLEN OFF. I HAVE SENT TWO CERTIFIED LETTERS ASKING MARTINS TO COME BACK TO REPAIR THIER WORK. MY ROOF WAS REPLACED BY MARTINS IN 2009. MARTINS HAS NOT RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS OR RESPONDED TO MY LETTERS. PLEASE HELP. THANKS , [redacted]Desired Settlement: FIX THE ROOF LEAK AND REPLACE THE FLASHING.
