We first went[redacted] but were told we didn't have a good enough credit score. Never mind the fact I make enough to pau for my mother's burial. [redacted] the director was very helpful to my family and went above and beyond what anyone has ever done for my family in these times to makes us feel welcome and comfortable with the services my mother would receive. I highly recommend her and the services she offers to anyone looking to lay their loved one to rest with the respect and dignity they deserve!!! Thank you dearly [redacted] for your care!!!

The Maxwell Family selected Carmichael Funeral Service, Inc. to provide services for our loved one. We experienced a considerable amount of disrespect and disregard to honoring our loved one's final wishes. We contacted them multiple times regarding the issues, through email and phone, but we have not received any response. We have selected Carmichael twice in the past to help us handle these very difficult situations. With this experience we would not use nor recommend their services to anyone in the future. Carmichael Funeral Service, Inc. did not uphold their standards as they state, " Founded on Faith, Integrity and peace of mind...". Thank you.
