During a tournament the customer ordered a disc with action photos from one of her teams gameOur photographer photographed over images from the game and she received her disc in a timely mannerAt no time do we gaurentee that all kids get photographedAlthough we try very hard to photograph each player we do not make gaurentees due to the fact that some kids play a lot less than othersSome kids are in the action” way more than othersIn fact we also offer a game disc and many teams take us up on this in order to have a better chance of getting all the kids photographed.We did respond to the customers email with the same explanation

I am rejecting this response because: the photo disc that I purchased said "team." While there was no written guarantee that all the kids would be photographed during the game, it was implied when the word "team" was usedIn no way shape or form did the photographer offer to rectify the problem, he only offered excuses just as he did on his reply to this complaintThis is a poor way to run a businessI never expected to get a full refund nor did I ask for one, I simply wanted the photographer to make an attempt to offer a solution Thank you for logging this complaintHopefully it will be read by others that are contemplating using this photographers services

Review: I ordered an action photo dvd with over 200 photos of our team from Carmo Photography from a soccer tournament. I received the dvd, and it had plenty of photos, but it did not have any photos of one of our players. I purchased a "team" dvd, and our entire team was not represented.Desired Settlement: When I voiced my displeasure via email, then voice mail. the owner did not respond. I again emailed him, and he did respond, but only with explanations and apologies. I told him that I didn't get what I ordered, and he had nothing to offer me in return. I realize that he did the work, and I certainly don't mind paying for work that was done, but it was not complete. We did not have pictures of the team as he advertised. I do not know what his return policy is, it is not on anything that I have received so far. The receipt that I have is hand written, and the return policy was never explained to me.

This dvd was to be copied for the entire team. Without one of the players represented in the photos, it is not a "team" dvd, and cannot be copied and distributed as planned.
