Carnal Dammage does not keep an accurate inventory of their products. Also, they are not familiar with the products they sell. They typically will send you shirts that you did not purchase and it is VERY difficult to get a hold of someone to rectify issues. My advice to any buyers is to shop somewhere else such as [redacted] or [redacted] This review is intended to inform and educate potential consumers and protect them from a horrible experience such as the one I had to endure. I had purchased 5 shirts online from Carnal Dammage on 11/7/2013. You are only allowed to purchase items they have in stock online. I received my shipment about 10 days later. Of the 5 shirts I had ordered, 3 of them were not the ones I had purchased. The errors on Carnal Dammage are as follows: 1. One shirt I ordered was a large, they had sent me an extra large, 2. The other 2 shirts that were sent to me, were completely different from the ones I had ordered. I had e-mailed them about the mistake on the same day I had received the package in the mail, I waited 2-3 days for a reply, in fact I went back online and tried to e-mail all of the websites listed on their website, still no reply. 3-4 days after I had e-mailed them, I finally called and waited on the phone for approximately 10 minutes before it would let me leave a message. A woman called back, I spoke to her about the issue, and she said she would take care of the issue. The next day (Thursday 11/21/13 8:12 pm EST) I received a call from [redacted] from Carnal damage, I spent approximately 6 minutes on the telephone explaining the issue, even though I had spelled it out very thoroughly in my e-mail. After speaking to him, I find out that 2 shirts I had purchased online, were not in stock, I settled for a different color in one shirt and a refund for the other one. He said he would also send a return label for the wrong shirts I should send back to Carnal Dammage. Today is 11/25/13 at 7:13 pm EST, I still have not received an email confirmation of the correct shipment from them, no credit card reimbursement for the one shirt we had spoke about on the phone, and no shipment of the correct shirts.Product_Or_Service: clothingOrder_Number:[redacted]Desired SettlementI do not want any clothing from them anymore. The customer still has not sent the product back and it has been over a month since he was fully refunded. I purchased 2 T-shirts from CarnalDammage both were ordered as a large. One came in a medium. I immediately called the "customer service" number and spoke to a woman who assured me that she would have someone contact me. I waited a couple of days and still didn't hear anything, so I tried to call again. The phone just rings and goes to a voicemail in which I left a message. I also followed up with an email to their "contact us" part of the page. I have left numerous messages and sent emails upon email even to the email address I received my confirmation from. I still have not heard anything and I made the oder on 03/02/2014. There has been no effort made to reach out to me to rectify this situation.
