Here are the facts, *** called and was stranded on the highway and we towed *** in , once getting to the shop we checked *** hydraulic system which was full of fluid and working properly We found the problem to be with the clutch itself and was able to get it unstuck without replacing

Lies lies and more lies, my slave cylinder was dry as a whistle the day I drove out of carneeds parking lot, was told all I had to pay was TOW, nothing else but TOW have a witness to that. This man is being very rude unprofessional and throwing lies around like crazy I haven't harassed carneed I have their phone number in my call log three times asking [redacted] to take down a photo he posted on my review on [redacted] which was illagel with my information like phone number and name on it. He's been rude since the very first call when I asked where people leave reviews on their company and full of lies. Since a real shop filled up my slave cylinder with the break fluid that I already had in the bed of my truck it hasn't leaked out ... Still at the fill line and haven't had one issue with my clutch or the disk that were sticking together... 100% of people that knew I got my truck towed to carneeds told me I was crazy for towing it there and no one has anything good to say about carneeds or the unprofessional [redacted] that runs carneeds. If [redacted] can't help get something done about this crook I have a lawyer on stand by... I'm not backing down I'm not giving up!!! .... He claims I have harassed him several times over the last 6 months .. I had my truck towed in 4-3-15... Its now 5-26-15... Yet more Lies. The lady officer that had to call and tell him how unprofessional it looked that he wouldn't take the pic down told me all she's ever heard about carneeds is bad business and told me not to back down... I'm going full strength.... This man is full of lies lies and more lies. Needs to be shut down never to open again! I'm not satisfied at all!!!!

The wheel bearings were discussed when I placed my phone call.  However, Mr. [redacted] was rude, nasty, and cut me off as I was making my appointment on the phone.  I had to interrupt him just to confirm my appointment before I ended the phone call.   I spent almost $400.00 with Carneeds to repair this (my figures may not be exact as it has been 14 months and I do not have the receipt near me)    Then once the car broke on our trip I the bill was another 470.00.  I paid 300.00, his "warranty only paid $170.00.  So essentially I paid for the same part to be fixed 2 times within a 48 hour period.  Mr. [redacted]'s defense is "they aligned your car, and completed work we did not do"  The car required the alignment and should have been done with such repair as stated by the [redacted] mechanic who fixed my car on our trip.  Even if that were so, an alignment is 100.00 so, I am still owed 200.00 by your company.  I have attempted on a couple of occasions to work this out with Mr. [redacted], however he is not in the business of taking care of his customers, and refuses.

I do not wish to do business with this man ever again -free or not .He was beyond rude to me and my [redacted]. I only want my money back for the services he was told not to do and considering how we were treated I would prefer to have all of our money back.

The coupon she is referring to has a oil change and complete inspection. During the inspection we found the truck needing and air filter, wind shield, wiper blades windshield, washer fluid, left reverse light & rear transmission seal. As we went over these items one by one, I wrote on the...

inspection sheet and drew the line through the washer fluid  to not do cause he had some at home, then we discussed the air filter he said okay to that  and I wrote okay to that in front of him, next we discussed the wiper blades I wrote okay in front of him , I and we discussed the reverse light and he said okay again and I wrote okay by it, he was watching me make these notes on the inspection sheet, I don't know how to make this any clearer than in writing in front of my customers as I discuss it with them. This is by all means a first of misunderstanding using this method, next I never yelled in person which I have a witness to the fact by the name of Angela Brazzle. Next the woman calls and inquires and I explain to her and I never yelled and I have a witness to that and I have a recording of the call for review if anyone is interested in listening, then you can see who is telling the truth.  Next, due to the alleged misunderstanding there is a difference of $48.36 that they are saying was not authorized, I am willing to give a store credit of 2 free oil changes for customer satisfaction, so they will not feel like they spent money needlessly, provided negative comments are removed from internet.

Paid 130.28... Was told over phone and in person all I had to pay for was TOW.... Nothing else. But that picture shows that I was charged $122.49 and above that says paid $130.28
