took a dozen picturesThe next day the pictures were submitted to the manufacturing representativeThe manufacturing rep contacted MsD*** that day and set up an appointment for 6/25/at noon to address her concernsThe manufacturing rep, F*'s installer manager, and MsD*** met on 6/25/to discuss her concernsF*'s called the rep to get an update on 8/13/and found out that the rep had failed to submit the claimThe rep resubmitted the claim and called MrD*** to explain what had happenedOn 9/18/ a denial letter from the manufacturer was sent to MsD*** stating, "separation of tiles is not a warranted condition." MsD*** did not accept the denial letter and continued to pursue a full replacement of her floorsEven though the manufacturer had denied MsD***' claim, F*'s Flooring continued to attempt to find a resolutionF*'s offered to fill expansion joints with caulking and MsD*** denied that resolutionThen, F*'s offered her replacement porcelain tile free of charge if she could cover the minimum labor charge of $and MsD*** denied that resolutionLast, F*'s offered to replace her floor both labor and materials free of charge and MsD*** denied all four tile options that were offered to herF*'s Flooring America feels that what was offered to MsD*** was above and beyond the highest standards of customer service and is apologetic about this situation
