Lost expensive item (pants) on first time we used their service. They could not explain how item was lost and were not willing to reimburse value of lost item. We waited patiently for a week for some kind of recourse - to no avail. They called us and said that they will not reimburse us and that we "wasted their time". We will never use them again and will lodge a formal complaint with Revdex.com. Beware.

Review: I brought 2 coats to the cleaners. Both were damaged and both smelled when returned to me. I called and was told to bring the coats back in which I did. Both the owner (a woman) and the manager (a man) agreed that the coats smelled. They offered to rewash as they promised that the smell would disappear. Originally I had asked the owner about any chance that the coats would be smell after being cleaned and she had assured me "no". If I believed that they would be left with a chemical odor, I would never have had the coats dry-cleaned.In addition, the [redacted] cotton barn jacket has faded in color and has been left streaky and the fabric is no longer soft. The [redacted] wool pea coat is also no longer a fine material. Instead it came back to me covered in whitish lint threads.I took the coats back over to them believing that they would be reasonable. While the coats were barely worn to begin with, they were both over 3 years old, I don't believe they owe me money for full priced coats from [redacted] and [redacted]. I do believe they should compensate me, the standard 40% of comparable coats. We, at [redacted] Cleaners are writing in response to the complaint of the customer, [redacted]. Our case [redacted]. When Ms. [redacted]

brought us two coats for cleaning there was already color fading from the purple coat. Keeping in mind that she was our first time customer

we called her to make sure she wanted to clean the coat, explaining to her the situation. The situation being if we went ahead with the cleaning the color of the coat can't be guaranteed to the original position. After the explanation she confirmed the process of cleaning. With our knowledge

in the cleaning business fading of the color on a garment meant it was cleaned beforehand, several times or it wasn't handled as the description on the label. Knowing this fact we proceed to the service she desired. When the coats were finished and delivered, she brought the coats claiming that we have damaged the coats She then refused to pay for the service As a result, we proposed to clean I t one more time WITHOUT charge but she had refused that service. Then we suggested she bring it to another cleaners and clean the coat, bring it back to us and we will provide the fee. She refused all the suggestion above and is claiming we have damaged one of the coats and left a horrible smell on the other. We have provided her with alternative methods to satisfy her needs but we weren't able to succeed. We believe her desired settlement is outrages because we have proceeded with the proper business policy, which is having the customer be aware of the consequences of certain garments and providing with alternative ways to satisfy the customer.
