Dear Concern,Thank you for your letter of Wednesday, [redacted] June regarding complain ID [redacted] We are very sorry for all inconvenience customer has been going throughBut as per our company policy we are unable to issue security deposit refund check until we receive Total Cable set top box.As we investigated the issue, the tracking number from [redacted] shows the package has been delivered April [redacted] at 7.46Pm to our door that is not true we did not see any package or any person from [redacted] during this timeWe operate our business from am-pm and our local post office is concerned about that because this is registered business place .We face this kind of issue few times a yearAfter this customer E-mail our surveillance team checked all the surveillance camera footage for the given date and time and they did not see any activity during this timeFor customer convenience we are sent the surveillance camera footage for the given time which attached belowMoreover we had communicated to customer through email and requested him to communicate with [redacted] to know the valid point of delivery details to get back our set top box and also assured to issue refund on receiving our set top boxWe understand customer’s frustration of not receiving his security depositLook forward to receive relevant communication details and request customer to cooperate to get back our set top box along with relevant accessories.In this context we seek cooperation of customer to communicate [redacted] and resolve the issue accordinglyFrom our part, as soon as we get our all equipment back from the customer we will issue your deposit check immediatelyFor your any question you can reach us ###-###-#### from 8am to 2am (EST)

 I paid 50 dollars for the box as a deposit, as it is stated in the Attached document. I want 50 dollar to be refunded. My account has been closed and there are no pending bill left . So 20 dollar bill due is not the right calculation. the total amount paid was 90 dollar, 50 dollars deposit and 40 dollar for 1 month's bill. the bill has been paid in advance. So deducting 20 dollar from the 50 dollar is not right.under any circumstances, I would not accept any refund amount less than 50 dollars.
