I ADVISE EVERYONE WHO NEEDS HELP FROM THIS COMPANY TO GET THE ESTIMATE PRICE IN WRITING before any service is doneOwner *** *** is dishonest person who will use emergency situation to rip you offThey gave us an estimate of $so they would come to the scene and change it to a $so the final bill would come up at $When I called to ask about this, Mr*** was extremely rude saying he is in business for over years and how there is nobody else in area who would be able to helpHe lied about the length of the trucks at the scene, he charged additional time for a rotator truck who arrived after the cheaper truck just so he can get more money for a minutes of workUnprofessional and unethical company who is there just to rip off people in emergency situationsBe aware of them and do not use them unless you really have to, and if you do, make sure you get everything in writing before they start workThe worst of all is that they told us we have to pay comcheck and how they are not accepting credit cards and it is clearly stated on their website that they do accept credit cards as a form of payments, which is another obvious sign how they are ripping off people during emergencyThis is extremely shady company!!!
