Pohanka Lexus has agreed to let me return the car for a refund. I would like to close this complain.

is available when cancelling but not for the full amount. It is prorated from the date of purchase. The refund amount of $1693.75 that Lexus Financial quoted the customer covers the remaining 3 yrs. and 7 mon. left on the warranty. We would recommened that the customer review their specific contract policies. Specific termination instructions are printed on the back of every warrenty contract.
