This business has been practicing fraudulent billing for quite some time as this is not the first time we have had this experience with themThey should take responsibility for what they have done and apologizeThey definitely do not deserve the AAA ratingI do not intend to use their service in the future to avoid being stuck with exorbitant chargesThey can send a refund for the excessive billing pertaining to the original complaint, which we already paid

On May 9, 2017, our business received a letter regarding a complaint ?4%3A investigating the situation in question, we were able to resolve the dispute and believe it wastb the satisfaction of the consumer.As part of Our internal investigation, We noted that the Consumer called our business on May
8, to discuss a past due invoice and dispute excessive chargesAs we do with all calls that come in with concerns or feedback, our client experience team promptly investigated the complaint including the claim of excessive chargesAfter a complete investigation, our accounting team will be crediting the consumer's account with the amount equal to the one hour additional time in questionA representative from our accounting team has reached out to the consumer to notify them of the creditOur sales team has also reached out to the consumer to explain the pricing schedule and our minimums for assignments as well as sent a copy of their current pricing model for future reference.We value our clients and strive to work together to provide the best possible serviceWe Continue to evaluate our processes and procedures to ensure we maintain high levels of customer service and satisfactionWe welcome the opportunity to discuss further with the consumer if requested.Additionally, please note that *** *** is no longer the contact for our businessFor future correspondence please Contact.Frank EJ*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***
