I contacted Carnley Services requesting a diagnosis of a problem with my washing machine. The expected cost of $75.00 was paid in exchange for the diagnosis. The following day upon spending $175.00 and installing the part specified in the diagnosis it was apparent that his diagnosis was inaccurate. So, I called Roland [redacted] and he explained that upon leaving my home he realized his diagnosis was incorrect but because I did not ask him to return to fix the problem, he chose not to call to correct his mistake. So I ultimately paid him $75.00 for an inaccurate diagnosis of my problem. I only wish that he would have informed me that he provides and/or stands by an accurate diagnosis of the problem IF the entire job is going to be completed by him. -Disappointed customer just looking for an honest repairman.
