I contacted Carnley Services requesting a diagnosis of a problem with my washing machineThe expected cost of $was paid in exchange for the diagnosisThe following day upon spending $and installing the part specified in the diagnosis it was apparent that his diagnosis was inaccurateSo, I called Roland [redacted] and he explained that upon leaving my home he realized his diagnosis was incorrect but because I did not ask him to return to fix the problem, he chose not to call to correct his mistakeSo I ultimately paid him $for an inaccurate diagnosis of my problemI only wish that he would have informed me that he provides and/or stands by an accurate diagnosis of the problem IF the entire job is going to be completed by him-Disappointed customer just looking for an honest repairman
