Review: I bought a 2016 900s rzr utv off show room floor they talk it up because of all the add ons. they told me they put a lift on it and stuck 32 inch tires on it. this was there big sells pitch so I spent 25000 dallars for this utv well it did not work rubbed holes in fenders so I called them and all jeff wants to do is cut my fender or put smaller tires on it I told him he needs to correct for tire size why would u sell someone a new utv that's not functional and use the big tire size to sell it and now tell them it dose not work and only give me two options the cheep options I fill like I was miss lead his guys told me my options to fix this isue he said its at his desk know so what he says gos . not spending a 1000 dallar to correct this issue.also his parts guy told me when they put them tires on he said it wouldn't work but they did it anyway. I feel it was so he could use it as a sells pitch to sell utvs hope this dose not happen to anyone else buy a utv that looks good but don't function correctly take it back and all we will do is down size it or cut it up that's all we will do to solve this have a nice day.

end of story.Desired Settlement: I told him to put smaller mud tire under it with wheel spacers to acheave the look I want since I am losing my hight or put high lifter kit in the back which moves the tires back and add wheel spacer to get clearance I need in front to much money he tells me this is what his parts guy recommend.

Review: I purchased a snowmobile from Carns Equipment in January of last year. When I took it for a ride, I made it two miles from my vehicle, and it shut off. I returned the snowmobile to Carns, and haven't seen it since. I contacted them in May, and was told that they were busy with the spring rush, but didn't forget about me. In July I was told that I would get a new engine, and that it would be covered under manufacturer warranty. I stopped in last week, and was told the service manager would contact me this week, it's Thursday and he hasn't. I think I deserve my money back, you cannot call this poor customer service, it's more like no customer service. And why should I be paying for a product that I don't even have? I think nine months is long enough, I want this matter resolved as soon as possible. The total cost of the snowmobile was $3646.80. To date I have made payments totaling $2513.00 to [redacted] ###-###-#### FAX ###-###-####. Insurance was through [redacted] ###-###-#### FAX ###-###-####. At a cost of $75.00 a year.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, you cannot expect a customer to continue paying for something they don't have. They had more than enough time to resolve this situation, I think the spring rush is over now, it's November. For that matter any phone calls that were made were by me not them.

Good evening this is a copy of the letter that was put into the mail today. Please let me know if you need any further documentation in regards to this matter. In regards to the complaint, ID number [redacted] that was filed on 11/7/2013 at 10:00:47 AM. The customer that issued the complaint has come in and we have resolved the issue at hand. All applicable funds were reimbursed and the customer did purchase another unit in the old ones place. The negotiations on our part took place between 11/14/2013 and said customer received the new unit on 11/16/2013. The customer has expressed that we have made adequate amends and that he feels we have been more than affable with him in dealing with the matter this last time.
