Complaint ID Number [redacted] UAH Property Management, LP, on behalf of Tigoni Villas Apartments, categorically and without exception, denies all claims and assertions as submitted by Ms [redacted] in her complaint as filed on August 12, 2017.UAH Property Management, LP and Tigoni Villas Apartments have gone over and above standard procedures in an endeavor to address Ms***’s concerns and complaints, including providing scientific evidence (environmental test results) to document that her assertions of mold and mildew are without basis Moreover, her assertion of “harassment” and “threats” made against her are diametrically opposite of the facts It is her constant harassment of the property community manager and UAH that has led us no alternative but to seek her removal from the community Her “assertion” that she cannot locate suitable housing due to her age and income is also inaccurate.UAH Property Management, LP and Tigoni Villas Apartments have no interest in arbitration or mediation Ms***’s steadfast refusal to deal with this situation in a rational and honest manner has left us no option but to seek remedy within the courts.Sincerely yours, [redacted] ***, CPM®, COSPresident Copies to: [redacted] , Community Manager, Tigoni Villas [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because:From: Dear Sherry Brauer,This is my response to my landlord's response to my Revdex.com complaint and mediation request.I am sorry that Mr*** ***, the co-owner of Tigoni Villas, (and Cathy) dispute every issue I have brought up and are not willing to do mediation with me, but I am not surprised They also refused mediation in writing with the Bexar County Dispute Resolution Center after I sought their mediation services, as well.The following is my evidence to back up my claims:(1.) SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE/ENVIRONMENTAL TEST RESULTS - I have a Mold Inspection Report from early June showing evidence of "elevated"/high levels of mycotoxic molds and moderate levels of water in my apartment.This includes a recommendation to remove the toxic mold/water from the air vents which they refuse to do. As a result, I have been unable to run my AC for all of May, June, July, Aug., and now Septin 79-degree interior heat.If I run the AC it causes me to become nauseated and feel like vomiting My Drsand I, plus Fair Housing have asked them for two air purifying machines for me to borrow just so I can at least breath, but they have refused me that, as well.Their mold inspection was from early May after I found the first toxic mold. My Mold Inspection report is the most recent one; therefore more accurate and timely than the one that they had done in early May 2017.Even their mold inspection report shows several species of toxic mold in my apartment that spread and grew from the 100's to the 1,000's mold counts within only a month's time.Since then, the toxic mold has spread from my next door neighbor's aptto my master closet and kitchen then to my guest bathroom.She was evacuated, moved into a hotel, and then moved out after she and others saw that remediation was not done correctly, according to first hand witnesses.That aptis still empty after about months, because it more likely than not (knowing their past history of not doing timely repairs as per state code compliance violation reports, etc.) has not been completely and fully professionally remediated It was such a severe case of toxic mold that it probably needs to be professionally remediated, not remediated by property staff.I will email you a copy of my June Mold Inspection report today or by Satas evidence of my claim.2.) STATE CODE VIOLATION REPORTS - I have reports showing that the property had property-wide roof leaks years ago that were not repaired for weeks/months and appear to still not be repaired, as per photos.I will email you some of these code violation reports to you.(3.) EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR PHOTOS - I also have photos of the exterior as it still looks today of my building and one other building, as well as photos of the toxic mold and water damage still left in closets and rooms in my apartment which they have refused to remediate.I will also be emailing you photos of the interior and exterior visible mold and water damage.(4.) CITY OF SAN ANTONIO CODE COMPLIANCE REPORT - If there was/is no water/mold damage in my apartment, why would COSA Code Compliance require my landlords to remove parts of walls that had visible water/mold damage from my master closet in June or July? I will email you copies of this violation. (5.) EVIDENCE OF LETTERS SHOWING MR*** HARASSING AND THREATENING ME - I will email you copies of these emails proving that Mr*** has harassed and threatened me, just like he threatened in writing to the Revdex.com to evict me in so many words from the community.(6.) MY LANDLORDS HAVE ATTEMPTED TO RAISE MY RENT A SECOND TIME IN SEVERAL MONTHS to about $more a month in direct retaliation immediately after they received a pre-determination letter from TWC/HUD showing "reasonable cause" for discrimination after my landlady admitted that she was intentionally discriminating against me and for me going to the Revdex.com to seek mediation and remedy.He is threatening to remove me from the community after I said I will be taking them to court if they try to illegally evict me again. The first time they tried to illegally evict me was about years agoAfter about years in court, I won, because I have truth and justice on my side.(7.) AFFORDABLE HOUSING NOT A QUICK SOLUTION - It is true that I cannot find affordable housing quickly, because most apartment complexes will not rent to elderly people on fixed incomes and because they have long waiting lists.Thank you.Sincerely,*** ***
