I am rejecting this response because:
She found the most unclean tenants in the area and never went to check on my house ever. Yes I paid and paid for tenants complaints without being notified My front yard tree was cut down without my knowledge. They cut my back yard tree down and installed an above ground pool without my knowledge which ruined the lawn. They would not pick up their dogs poop and I was left with years worth of pooop in my tiny back yard. I told *** I did not want dogs for that reason but she definded the tenant. And she never does what she says she will do or what I ask her to do. What she told you I bought years ago and was left with filth and awful smells after the eviction. My home was distroyed into a total mess and the value plumited. I spent thousands ond thousands of repairs and now I have no ideaa what my home looks like
I am so dissapointed in her wok ethics. *** is not a team player. When I call her she yells at me. No one should have to deal with her ever

I have managed this property since January of 2008.  The original tenants began to have money problems in 2015 and I had to evict them.  The eviction was final on October 6, 2015. I had several loads of junk hauled to the dump, replaced the carpet, cleaned and have established a pest control service for rats and cockroaches.  I re-rented the house to a nice couple on October 18-19th.  The home is looking better all the time.  Ms. [redacted] has discontinued my services and I'm turning the management over to her brother in Carmichael at the end of this month.  I'm sorry that she is so unhappy with me, but sometimes a property owner has to spend money on their rental to keep it in good shape or when tenants move out.  I will continue to try to make the transition smooth.  [redacted]

I have managed the property at [redacted] for [redacted] since 2008.  I placed a tenant in the house and collected $1195 per month rent since then, and emailed Ms [redacted] monthly statements of monies received and disbursed.  The house was built in 1961 and required...

on-going maintenance which I contracted to be done.  Ms [redacted] complained whenever I spent money on upkeep, so I tried not to spend much and charged her $5 per month less than my other owners all this time since I felt bad for her.  In April/May 2015 the existing tenants began to have financial problems paying the rent.  I had to evict them with the help of an attorney and took the house back on October 6, 2015.  It was in horrible shape, but I located new tenants and worked diligently to make it habitable again.  I have photos  of all the trash the prior tenants left behind, which I had hauled to the dump.  I had emailed Ms [redacted] photos asking which of the yard items were hers.  There was a washer and drier in the rear of the house with debris and rat droppings and cockroaches everywhere.  They were hauled to the dump also.  I have acted in Ms [redacted]' best interest in trying to provide a habitable rental dwelling and have placed new tenants in the home who are helping improve it.  I have not lied to her or stolen monies from her.  My job is to provide a safe and clean home for new tenants to occupy and that is exactly what I have tried to do.Sincerely,[redacted]Carol Greener Properties

Review: Carol Greener Properties is the property manager of my home in Roseville for rental purposes. She found the worst tenants to rent my house for years. I had questions and she had excuses. Recently I had to evict such tenants for non payment of rent and they left the house in a deplorable state. [redacted] went in to the house to clean it and without asking me she spent thousands of dollars and sent me the bills. And she has given away my appliances and garden tools and [redacted] kettle and ceramic birdbath that I left for the tenants to use.When I ask her about anything she ignores me in fact lately she is stating she has no idea who I am.I Just want my things back and some answers.She has not paid me any of the rent from the new tenants and it has been three months.Desired Settlement: I want my things back or a replacement value of each item. And I want a report against her to let other future clients know how she does her business.And some rent money would be nice.
