We stayed at Santa Fe Sage Inn on 8/and 8/ We were charged an extra $per night even though I did not authorize the additional charges Add on parking fees are inherently dishonest It not only cheats the customer but also the state and city since no sales tax is applied to the fraudulent fees and, presumably, no sales tax is paid It is clearly bait and switch Stupid marketing and dishonest policy

Had garage floor and driveway removed and replacedPrice was half of my first companyWork was completed on time by men who were pleasant and obviously had worked together for a long timeWork was complicated ( I thought) because garage floor slab ran under my house and sides of garage floor had buishelvesNo problem for their concrete sawThey used quality rebar, gravel, packing and grading to prep.Two of my neighbors have asked for contact to get theirs done by this company
Company is unwilling to replace couch that was delivered broken
We purchased an entire living room set that included a double reclining couch, leather recliners, an end table, an area rug, a rug pad and accent cubesAt the time of delivery the rug pad was missing, the end table had a unsightly repair and one end of the reclining couch was warped and would not align or recline properlyThe delivery people took photos of the couch and told us the store would be in touchWe were contacted a few days later and informed that repair parts would be ordered and shipped to my address at which time they would come out and repair the couch in placeThe parts that arrived weeks later were not the right partsI contacted the store and was told they would come out and pick up the couch and repair it at their warehouseI informed them that leaving me without a couch for "about a week" was unacceptableI also told them that I paid for a new couch and not a refurbished oneI also request
March Sofa from Lazy Boy wasn't delivered , was left standing in the street being abandoned by the delivery truck , then called a liar
March 5:pm was called by Lazy Boy for delivery of my sofa ordered Gave directions to the delivery crew, standing in the street as they passed by, I instructed the crew to move to the sidewalk to deliver the sofa and to also pick up my old sofawhen "he indicated " that he did not know about the old sofa pickup and hung up the phone and abandoned me in the streetI tried to call him back with no successmins later got a call from the supervisor of delivery named *** which claimed they couldn't deliver the sofa due to safety issuesI got upset and said BS and was told to calm downHe wanted to reschedule , as I tried to tell him what his crew didHe told me he didn't believe me I indicated no reschedule and wanted reimbursement for the sofa, after being treated so rudelyPurchase date:1-27-, Order ***Sale
*** may be 'old school' by not having a smart phone or pictures of his jobs, but he knows how to pour concrete!
We hired him and his great crew to come out and pour sidewalks on both sides of our house and a nicely curved patio in back All were stamped and colored with an additional color powder added after the stamping Then he put a nice sealer on top to give it the nice 'wet look'We are happy with the work he performed, and he is a very friendly guy He wasn't the cheapest of our quotes, but he wasn't the most expensive either We feel we got a good value for what we paid Thanks ***!

Store made unauthorized charge to a credit card
Opened a month same as cash account with Synchrony Bank at this store Bought a sofa Husband picked sofa up on February 17, and signed authorization to put the charge for sofa on my Synchrony card The next week I received another invoice to sign, with a different transaction number The letter sent with transaction was signed by *** I called her and asked why we needed to sign another invoiceExplained that I had a copy of the invoice with a different transaction number that my husband had signed when he picked the sofa up She then noted that an invoice had already been signed by my husband on pick up Stated that she would contact manager and call me back I did not hear back from her, so I began calling the store back in attempts to talk to someone about this Talked with a***, who sent an email (3/14/17)to me that he would "check into it" and to get back with him if I had not heard back
