[redacted] did indeed put down on 3/15/on a special order pool called the OxfordHe told me he was having a party at the end of May in which he stated in his complaint and I told him since he was purchasing it early I would have the pool in April in which we received the pool on 4/18/and I had called days in a row to set the delivery up and he didn't respond to my call until thursday 4/20/in which he said he wanted to cancel the pool and told me that he was going to dispute the charge.He was never promised a delivery date as long as he had it by May This pool was a special order pool and couldn't be cancelled as stated in our contract We have been in business since and try to accommodate everyone and never had a complaint before about getting a pool deliveredHe again said he was having a party at the end of May and it is still only April and we can deliver the pool asapLet me know I can DELIVER the pool today Thanks ***

[redacted] was never promised a two week delivery dateI told him we would have his pool before may because he needed it to do some additional work to his existing deckW e were waiting for the manufacture to have all of our pools ready and this pool I included on our early buy order in which it comes in AprilWe received the pool on April 18th and called [redacted] the very next day and left a message to set up deliveryHe didn't return any of my calls for the next days until I contacted his cousin [redacted] to see if he can get in touch with him for meWithin a little while I finally received a phone call a little later that dayi had told [redacted] that I can deliver the pool asap in which he told me he disputed the credit card deposit in the amount of I told [redacted] that this was a special order pool and cannot be cancelled as stated in line of the pool contract, as well as deposits are non refundable on any special order pool as stated in line of the contract he signed on 3/15/ Again in our over years of business we never had a complaint about getting a delivery to someones house on timeI promised the pool by May in which he stated in his first complaint and I had the pool on April 18thTherefore I ask the Revdex.com to dismiss this complaint and keep our record with the company flawless being that we satisfied everything in our contractThe only thing I can think of doing is give [redacted] his deposit back when we sell the pool to someone else, as our only option to make him happyBut again this was a SPECIAL ORDER POOL and we have never sold this specific model and size, and have no displays of this pool in our store, so I cannot promise a time frame in which he will get his deposit back- Thanks ***

I am rejecting this response because: *** fails to mention that the pool was available for pickup at the manufacturers warehouse in MarchThe manufacturer is located within miles from Woodbridge pools in the town of Rahway*** also failed to mention that he did indeed promise a week delivery. The reason why he did not stick to his word is because he was waiting to pick up other pools for his seasonal stock, which he himself told me. This is unacceptableEspecially from a business that has been around since I shouldn't have to wait for my pool just because *** was trying to save a few dollars by picking up his other pools at the same time as mine. I'm sure that Woodbridge pools has been dealing with (*** * ***) the manufacturer for many years, and they currently sell their steel line of poolsI find it hard to believe that the manufacturer would not take this very popular model pool back at no charge to them*** only considers this a special order because he doesn't carry it*** * *** had this pool already manufactured and ready to sell well before I ordered from *** avoided many of my phone calls and I have my phone records to prove how many times we spoke and how many times his coworkers told me *** would call me back and never didI also have recorded phone conversations of ***, including when he swore he called me and told me once again that the pool delivery would be delayed againI informed *** that I would need the pool so I could customize my existing deck well before mayAgain he promised a week delivery and the pool was indeed available for pick upI already have another pool from another company and it is paid in full

I promised the pool by May in which he stated in his first complaint and I had the pool on April 18th. Therefore I ask the Revdex.com to dismiss this complaint and keep our record with the company flawless being that we satisfied everything in our contract. The only thing I can think of doing is give [redacted] his deposit back when we sell the pool to someone else, as our only option to make him happy.
