Patients account was sent to collection for default on the payment plan that was set up in May of 2015. The account was not reported to the credit agency. Billing Specialist contacted patient on 4/21/to explain payment plan and account transactions. A new cancellation letter is
being sent out from DCI (collection agency) and a new payment plan was established. Apologized for her unpleasant experience with the billing process and interactions. Patient is satisfied. Please let us know if you need anything further
