[redacted] came into the office about the renewal letter that was sent to their door..the ending date was incorrect on that letter and was null and voidThis was not a legal document just a noticeTried to to explain that to the residents but they started yelling and swearing and let them know they are given three months in advance to renew at the correct rate or they can give notice in writing within their day notice time frameI had to ask them to leave because of all the yelling and swearing as you can see in the complaint letterThe new rate will stay the same at $- and their current rent at $I think they had a hard time understanding what a legal document was vsrenewal noticeThey were given days in advanceThey do not sound like they are very happy at their apartment home and maybe moving would be better for them vsbeing so unhappy where they are living nowThey never complained about someone breaking into their apartment home to the officeWe have no problem accepting their notice to vacate but if they do come back into the office yelling and swearing we will give them a non- renewal and ask them to move

I am rejecting this response because:This is an untrue statmentWe tried to resolve this by talking calmlyWhen she began to raise her voice speak rudely and not listen is when we became upsetThe way that she speaks with everyone, not just myself and my fiance is not acceptableWe called the police the night someone tried to break in as did the other people in our building and everyday since something happened and we have let the office know without any response.

We have responded and this is the end of the conversation on the residents rent increaseIf they are not happy they are more then welcome to move

they are given three months in advance to renew at the correct rate or  they can give notice in writing within their 60 day notice time frame.. I had to ask them to leave because of all the yelling and swearing as you can see in the complaint letter. The new rate will stay the same at $920.00 -  and their current rent at $885.00 I think they had a hard time understanding what a legal document was vs. renewal notice. They were given 90 days in advance. They do not sound like they are very happy at their apartment  home and maybe moving would be better for them vs. being so unhappy where they are living now. They never complained about someone breaking into their apartment home to the office. We have no problem accepting their notice to vacate but if they do come back into the office yelling and swearing we will give them a non- renewal and ask them to move.
