thru 3-31- Also, the water billing period is usually about six weeks behind the billing date. She did not receive the first water bill until about two months into her lease. Therefore, she will continue to receive a water bill after the lease has expired. For instance, the current water bill due for May 1st, is for the billing cycle of February 26th to March 27th. I have attached a copy of a resident's bill for the same size unit, as *** leased I'm sorry *** was confused about this matter, we have only billed, as per her lease agreement.
