We moved from a bedroom sq ft condo, to a home min away, and the move took hours! We had all items in boxes for them, and all fragile items double wrapped in bubble-wrapWhen they arrived at our house, they simply took items off the truck and into the garage, not into our house We called the night before to remind the company that we needed to be out of our place by 10:00am so we could attend the closing on our new houseWe agreed that they should arrive at 7:00amAt 8:30am, the crew leader called to apologize for "taking an expensive nap." We had to push back the closing of our sale and nearly missed the closing on our new homeThey did not arrive at our condo until 9:45am They arrived at our new home at 3:30pm! At this time the crew leader told me that we would have to pay extra charges but he could cut money off the bill if I agreed to pay him cash so that he did not have to report it to the ownerWhen I refused, work slowed to a turtle paceThe leader mis-assembled my bed multiple times, and I had to help him do it rightAt 6:30pm, I was again asked to pay the crew under the tableI refused, and work grew even slowerI was asked to help move the heavy furniture, and made to sign waivers for many of the pieces of furniture I contacted the owner with my concerns and was told that she would call me right backOne week later after calling many times I got through and was told that she would have speak to the crew and I should expect a call the next dayOne week later I finally got through again and was told that she was standing by her employees and would only offer a $creditWhen we agreed to terms with the company we were quoted a bill of around $The final bill came out to $When I expressed my displeasure with this I was again told that she would call me back the next dayThat was a month ago, with no word from F-Worst Movers Furniture was damaged, owner was less than helpful, and the movers were dishonest and incompetent took advantage of usA very bad experience, that turned what should have been a happy day into a very bad dayLook elsewhere, I would not recommend them to anyone

Mrand Mrs [redacted] were moved July 20th On July 26th we received a completed claim form A repairman was sent out to repair their [redacted] door The door needed a part replaced The repairman was going to get that part at a local Home depot but was told by the customer that it had to be an [redacted] Part That part is ordered and the customer will be called to do this repair as soon as it is receivedWe are sorry for the time it is taking to get this part and will call them to set up a date as soon as we get it[redacted] ABest Movers, Inc [redacted]

Move date 7-20- I sent over claim form via email 7-25- On 8-15-I spoke with *** regarding repairs Repairman *** ***f sent out to inspect and repair Customer unhappy with him*** was going to repair door with a bumper from home Depot She insisted it had to be *** We special ordered the part This delayed her repairs Once we received part *** went back out to repair door on 9-9- He confirmed door was working and she agreed The frame was not damaged by our movers and was not ever mentioned when he was there
The scratch on the lower bed panel -sending some one out to try to fill it First repair was unsuccessfulRegarding the night stand, this wasn't repaired due to a missing piece of hardware During the move the hardware fell off That will be paid out with claim It was obviously loose to start with
Concrete step Photos were taken and there are noted chips Many of them were done previously (old), I have contacted repair people (See attached) *** at Sunrise I told the *** it is not our responsibility to replace the step but we will pay out only a percentage due to previous damage.l
Chipped leaf on table was lost by *** so chip on table cannot be fixed Another repairman will look at this
On 9-15-I received a call from Ivy with *** BankThe *** are contesting credit card payment for move (see bill of lading regarding claims)I then called the *** and told them if credit card is contested we cannot do a payout (step and night stand) We have sent out a repairman twice and will send out a different one for the third time due to customer not happy with repairs ABest Movers cannot payout for the night stand and/or outside step until her bill is paid in full Once that is done we will pay out the depreciated protection insurance coverage even though she has never paid for that (See attached bill of lading)

I am rejecting this response because:
First I would like to add that *** said to be that "every once in a while I deal with people like you." and that "People like you are never satisfied"We expect a refund for damages done to step during move There are clearly new scratches and chips Door closer replacedIt is reasonable to expect original manufacturers partsDoor continues to close improperly and this was confirmed by their handyman
Broken wood leaf section can be replaced with another part, but section was provided to person who came the first timeBedroom set scratches - color is obviously incorrectThe chess hardware they claimed to have found has yet to be repairedAppears to have been lostA copy of the insurance claim, claim number and assigned agent has not been providedWe believe they charged us for insurance but never actually provided the additional insurance
Piano charges for install needs to be creditedWe had to have a piano mover come in and setup the piano for usBut we were charged and *** is now denying these charges*** also claimed she was going to refund an amount undisclosed or agreed upon and is now refusing to do so
A repairman called today (9/23/2016) and is scheduled to come in a week
We're seeking that the credit card bill be updated reflecting a credit (based on damages) of $600-They can resubmit the new updates charges and we will settle this matter at that time.

I contacted the owner with my concerns and was told that she would call me right back. One week later after calling many times I got through and was told that she would have speak to the crew and I should expect a call the next day. One week later I finally got through again and was told that she was standing by her employees and would only offer a $60 credit. When we agreed to terms with the company we were quoted a bill of around $650. The final bill came out to $1500. When I expressed my displeasure with this I was again told that she would call me back the next day. That was a month ago, with no word from F-Worst Movers.

Furniture was damaged, owner was less than helpful, and the movers were dishonest and incompetent took advantage of us. A very bad experience, that turned what should have been a happy day into a very bad day. Look elsewhere, I would not recommend them to anyone.
