I was interested in purchasing several pieces of Brighton jewelryOn October 5, I traveled from West Haven to Carol Creations in North Haven, CT with the hopes of doing suchWhen we arrived we waited around mins before being acknowledged? I had a few questions answered then woman walked awayI was thinking she would come back but she did not! Cashier/store clerk just continued for another - mins talking with another customer!! Customer went on to talk about store clerk about her mother's diamond and how she is in the process of doing a 30, - 40,dollar kitchen and her vacation she went on!! Store clerk talked about her injury to leg and having to go for a MRIAll while I stood waiting to at least purchase charms and a few of the hinge bracelets!!!! Store clerk did not seemed interested in assisting us with our purchase so she could then go and finish her conversation with other customerSo we left without making any purchases
