My Name is *** the manager at National Pride Car Wash. On the Date in Question, the door to the automatic with the severe cold got stuck with ice to the ground. Act of God. I did find the note in my mail box the next morning and I called Mrs*** at which time explained what had
happened and offered her a full refund and a free seven dollar car wash for her trouble. She was glad I called her back and showed up and the wash about min later were I refunden her her lost money and put her through a free dollar wash. She was pleased
