Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because they have never tried contact me and if they have they never left a voicemailI also put a billing dispute into customer service about a month ago and a lady named Iris contacted me and
left a voicemail regarding my complaint but everytime I've attempted to call back, no one ever answers nor calls me backThe phone number does not go into an automated system, it's a direct line that no one seems to answerI think this business is unprofessional and should go out of businessThey do not know what customer service means nor do they care about their customersI am not satisfied with their attempt of trying to resolve this issueThey can keep their $late feeI will make sure to leave a bad review for their business every where I'm able toThis is a bad business.Sincerely,*** ***
