The store would not give me a refund. There signs they have are very misleading. My blood is boiling!! Just went to Carolina Apparel Smithfield, Nc on Jan. 20th to take back my son's Drake jacket(Item # **XXXXX) Sa;es Rep [redacted] Cost ($79.85) that I just bought for him on Jan. 16th . It was too big, tags still on it and had a receipt and they didn't have a small to exchange it with. They would not refund me my money so I could go and order the right size on line. They said no refunds, I said excuse me were do you have a sign that all sales are final which then young boy started pointing out which all ...the signs he was pointing out had posted was saying no refund for clarence items , christmas items or either it listed the items like swim suits, under garments, etc. No sign visiable for All sales are finial. (which the walls behind the register full of signs again none stating no sign stating all sales are finial) I asked for the manager and stated yes well it is on your receipt. Now a receipt is after the fact you just purchased the item not before, am I not correct??!!! I told her this was wrong and you should not be so secretive about your refund policy. Here I have an $79.85 jacket that my small son(poor boy is so broken hearted, who cried last night 07/20/2014 because he really wants a drake jacket) and this one he will not be able to wear! I emailed the CEO [redacted] "who the manage gave me on a business card yesturday" who still today has not respond back to my email. Desired SettlementI either want a full refund. So I can order my son a jacket on line. He doesn't want anything else from the store. He wants this Drake jacket only. They (Carolina Apparel) did not have a smaller size for him to exchange it for.Case Closed SATISFIED 2014-02-04Wanted to let you know that, they order me a size small and I picked up the jacket yesterday 24.
