Had my refrigerator main compartment stop cooling, but lower french door freezer was okHad *** come out for $service callAll he did was tell me I had to unplug refrigerator and defrost the coilsThen he charged me $for that "advice"......REALLY ?! He was at my home maybe minutesI don't mind the $charge for the service call, but that $for "advice" really burned me up....and I was NOT a happy camperWould definitely NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN !!

I received great customer service in having a dryer repaired. They arrived in the stated time frame and replaced the parts needed. He even did additional cleaning to the back of the dryer and made several suggestions to keep it in good shape. Very please with the service and the working of the dryerwas not ready to purchase a new one.

All he did was tell me I had to unplug refrigerator and defrost the coils. Then he charged me $20 for that "advice"......REALLY ?! He was at my home maybe 10 minutes. I don't mind the $69 charge for the service call, but that $20 for "advice" really burned me up....and I was NOT a happy camper. Would definitely NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN !!","neg-1
