I scheduled a presentation for *** Properties and expected to attend when Hurricane Hermine hit I rescheduled my presentation I had originally upgraded for When I rescheduled they had thought it was a new reservation and charged me another I have been given the runaround since then One person tells me the other person has to handle it, and another person tells me that no that person has to handle it I am tired of this I want a refund of all my money and just cancel this reservation
